One beautiful summer evening (Sunday evening 24th Aug 2008) Neilston & District Pipe Band took to the Summer Garden Stage for their last performance there in the Strakonice 30th Bagpipe Festival in the Czech Republic. To a capacity crowd of 3,500 a Spanish Gaita band accompanied their last set. With a mix of both types of music lead by Pipe Major Ian McDonald you will see that the bands on their departure got a standing ovation. The liaison between the bands is that good that one of the Neilston drummers (Colin) swapped bands for a moment at the end. ENJOY :)
