Duration: 9:18

This Screencast (without Sound) shows how to connect a Behringer BCR2000 MIDI Controller to a Alesis Micron Virtual Analog Synthesizer via PureData in order to transform the NRPN MIDI-Values in a way the Micron can understand them. Operating-System: Linux 64 Studio. The BCR2000 is connected via USB. The Linux Kernel-Module snd-usb-audio is loaded.Windows-Users should be able to use PureData too. It is important, that you can route the NRPN MIDI-Datastream from the BCR2000 to the PureData NRPN-Transformation before they get into the Micron. The Video was made with Linux 64 Studio and the Istanbul Screencast-Utility. Screen-Resolution was 800x600.
