This is Quango & Sparky's "Do The Boogaloo", which has been used as jingle music on radio & TV stations throughout the world, as well as on an episode of "Taxi" season 3: "Elaine's Strange Triangle". I heard the track while watching the episode, and went crazy for it: I WANTED that track. Ensued a long quest, which ended when I found it had been released in Germany on Sonoton (SON 121). Hard to find, not cheap, but worth it.
