The chemistry that made Donna Sheridan & Sam Carmichael storyline very believable. The chemistry between them just can't be denied, especially during these MM! scenes:- Donna: "What about you?", Sam: "Just wanted to see the island, you know what it meant to me" (Donna's facial expression when he says that); - Their whole conversation before "SOS". Especially when Sam says: "I see you kept my bagpipes." Donna: "Yeah, they're supposed to ward off unwanted visitors." Sam: "You don't need bagpipes to do that."- The whole "The Winner Takes It All" scene.- The Church scenes.And so on.Imagine that there wasn't chemistry between them, than all these scenes wouldn't make any sense. The chemistry between actors is important in love stories otherwise they can seem unbelievable."Just because there's great chemistry between Meryl & Pierce, just because they're great couple on screen, doesn't mean that they are couple in real life, mind you. She always points out the importance of her family to her. Here's what she said: "Don is a strong, fun, warm and creative person, we have a similar sense of humor and the same musical taste. I have to mention that we have separate bathrooms. Maybe it sounds strange to someone, but I think that it is very important and the basis of good marriage. Family comes to first place to me, just like to my mother. But there's an important difference between us, she lived her whole life through my father and children. I'm very different and although I love my family very much, my acting is also important." Users on IMDb keep posting some nasty stuff about Keely and her weight. They even go that far by saying what the hell is Pierce doing with her, when he should divorce her and find some younger good looking chick. How extremely disgusting and disrespectful towards Keely! People should accept that he loves his wife, no matter how she looks like.
