Absolute Delight bath bomb from Retro Lush.Pale pink bomb. Nothing inside to float in the water.I was unsure about this bomb when I first smelled it. I kind of liked it but I was wary of it at the same time. I would keep going back to my Lush stash and pulling it out of the box to smell it again and again. It reminded me of the way I felt about Tramp.Mixed feelings at first but still intrigued. After many times of pulling it out to sniff it (yes I'm a sniffer) I unwrapped it and set it next to my bed to fragrance my room with some pink roses I had just received.I started to like it more and more. However, I will say that I was in the *mood* for an ultra feminine, romantic fragrance the last few days....that helped :PAt the root - it is a rose/floral scent but it gets complicated. I think it smells quite perfumy but also soft and powdery. Baby powder. It's an interesting mixture of rose and florals (geranium and jasmine) with the sandalwood and a strong powder fragrance that reminds me of my childhood. Baby lotions, baby powder, etc. Unusual at first sniff, but lovely as you keep going...Some people will smell this and think "old lady perfume" and I suppose that is what I mean by perfumy. However, my grandmother wore Chanel 5 and always smelled beautiful (and happened to be the coolest woman ever) so I don't always associate "old lady ie negative" when I smell those kinds of fragrances. Depends. It smells much more mild and soft in the water. The fragrance is there but not as intense. Don't judge it by its dry scent. It's much more subtle in the water. Super fast fizzer.Lovely pink water. Almost as nice as Think Pink water. The scent lingered on me for a few hours. The perfumy strength was gone and left my skin fragranced with a soft floral powdery smell. Very nice. My bathroom smelled like it into the next day when I showered.I think this one will scare away people that do not like utterly feminine pink rose scents but like I said - do not judge it by its dry scent. In the end, it won me over and it was an absolute delight. Not something I would use all the time....but a lovely treat for a romantic mood.Music - Sixpence None the Richer
