Read: Once again, the lyrics are the story but to make sense, I'll tell you it anyway. Draco's still unconscious; his spirit is kind of hanging in the netherworld, so to speak. Hermione's saying she wishes she could bring him back and be in his arms again because she knows they're meant to be. (Ignore the 'derek' part). She says that she'll love him longer than forever. Draco doesn't wake up, but in his limbo, he laments about how he misses her but whenever he shuts his eyes, he sees her, as he sees her in his comatose state. They both know that forever and always they'll be one-- they have something that no magic or injury can break, and they've both sworn to somehow find their way back to each other.
