GARY LUCAS: LIVE BORDERLINE, LONDON October 1st, 2004Gary Lucas performs live solo acoustic at The Borderline in the heart of London's West End, his 3rd appearance there.Here Gary seques into his solo guitar arrangement of the theme from the 1963 George Pal film "The 7 Faces of Dr. Lao", written by Leigh Harline ("When You Wish Upon a Star"), and one of Gary's favorites. This is followed by Gary's original "Sandman", a big crowd favorite which first appeared, as did "Dr. Lao", on Gary's "Busy Being Born" album, and later in a duo version with Peter Stampfel on The Du-Tels album "No Knowledge of Music Required", now available on iTunes and other digital portals worldwide.
