This totally unique, enchanting, meditative and spiritually uplifting album, will consist of an amazing selection of ancient traditional Jewish songs, mystical Shabbat melodies and exhilarating Jewish Klezmer music, all arranged and performed on my replica of the ancient Jewish "Kinnor" Lyre - the Lyre once played by King David himself, 3000 years ago, as he danced before the Ark of the Covenant; and later, during the actual time of Jesus, the Kinnor was played by my very own, very ancient Levite ancestors over 2000 years ago, to accompany the almost legendary singing of the Levitical Choir in the Temple of Jerusalem!!Jewish Mysticism is more popularly known as Kabbalah; according to the Kabbalists, each of the 22 letters of the Hebrew alphabet has a unique, transcendental and spiritual significance - therefore, I have decided to record 22 tracks for this album; to match each of the 22 letters of the Hebrew alphabet!! In keeping with the "Cosmic" feeling I want to convey in the album, in this latest little promotional video, I have used images from the Hubble Telescope and other various stunning astronomic vistas as the background to the track I am playing from my CD; a hauntingly mystical-sounding piece of traditional Jewish Klezmer music called "Berdichiever Khosid"...The ENTIRE album, including all the album cover artwork, and CD insert booklet, will eventually be able to be INSTANTLY digitally downloaded for just $16 from cdbaby.com, and will also be available for purchase on iTunes...WATCH THIS SPACE!The physical CD of this album, also eventually available from cdbaby.com, will be $20 (with a BIG 20% discount for multiple orders - so that you can order a few extra CDs of my album for your all your friends!).
