To record the soundtrack for this video, I played three sacred frame drums (hoop drums) lined in a row, propped up against a couch, stopped from moving by my knees. I recorded to two tracks of a porta studio in one pass.The three drums I used for this track are known very well as healers in my trade, and I have found that playing them or listening to them produces beneficial effects, dependent upon what one calls in and is ready for... -----------------Due to nuances of tonal qualities and textures, this track should be listened to through decent headphones or speakers.
