I didn't expect it to make such a cool video. Before that, I just chugged any potion I could find in my horribly messy bags. They were strength, armor, and toughness potions. The remainder of the video had two more normal trolls and if you were able to read the quest in high quality or you play Warhammer then you might know I completely walked away from the barrel before using it again to obtain some easy XP. :)Hope you liked.
