The is a beautiful showdance performed by my dance teacher Vladmir Triaszin and his partner Alicia Gruttadauria (http://fadsrochester.com/our_instructors.html). Live music performed by Violinist Yu Xiong and Pianist Mingyi Gao. This elegant number was created for the 2008 Rochester Chinese Mid-Autumn Festival show (http://moonfestival2008.blogspot.com/). The Ballroom choreoraphy mixed some elements of Waltz, Viennese Waltz and Foxtrot. The music is a modern revamp of a Chinese classic - violin concerto Liang-Zhu (or The Butterfly Lovers), which tells a love story similar to that of Romeo and Juliet.
