It is called Powerboat GT. Dreamcatcher is the pubilsher for the US. You can buy it at a GameStop or at www.gamestop.com.Mini Review: This game has great physics which makes the game really fun. The water needs 3D movement and the person inside the boat should react to the G forces. Adding animation or physics to the person would bring more life into the game. The game is a little short too. I beat it within 8 hours. The game also needs more variety in levels with higher waves and more jumps. Faster boats would be cool too. A replay system would be nice too. I had to fly and drive while in that TV camera view to get those shots for this video. An ability to use 1 or more analog controllers instead of having to use the keyboard is really necessary with a game with advanced physics.
