If you want to read a lot of backstory while listening, then here ya go:This is my voice at it's possible worst, because I had a glass of milk before doing this. (Dairy products mess up your voice, trust me) However, at the same time, this was my best take. I kept getting frustrated because it was still in the works when I was recording and I couldn't come up with a way to connect the chorus to the verse.The title came from the weirdest place: I was playing this game called 'music cubes' on miniclip, which is a game where you get a picture and you have to figure out the corresponding song, artist, or album to that picture. So I was really bad at it. And the three objects were a picture of an apple, a picture of a baby, and a picture of something that looked like a bomb. I typed in "Apple-Baby-Bomb" and it was wrong. But I liked the name so I kept it anyways!The jam at the end's been kicking around for months, but I'm just now applying it to a song. I came up with the last line as I was reaching that point in the song, realizing that I needed to come up with a line and fast.I wrote this song yesterday because I wanted my left hand to finally get some action. For the past year that I've been songwriting, my left hand's been reduced to playing octaves. Um... that's about it.
