Just as we were leaving. Some girl just started spinning around, and doing a little dance for the newspaper guy who had a camera. She was probably high, which is not surprising because a lot of people were. As I mentioned before, weed isn't "really" a crime here. They would have to arrest half the city. There were cops, but only to stop the fist fights, peeing in the street, and anyone trying to jump on all the half naked girls.
