New Mexico State University Cathedral Singers have sung at Notre Dame in both Paris and Chartres. The Cathedral Singers are composed of choral members from all four choirs at New Mexico State University who have an interest in performing sacred music in the great cathedrals of the world. This group has singers who range in age from 17-70 and whose occupations vary from full time students, university professors, public school music teachers, to medical doctors. Our performances in Washington D.C. at the National Shrine and the National Cathedral were made possible by a significant contribution from the state of New Mexico. Senator Mary Kay Papen served as our national coordinator for this trip.
