This is my very first story so I hope you like it! Comment or message me your opinions! "Hurry up, we can't be late to our own party!" Nick said, getting a bit frusterated, after Kevin insisted on stopping at Starbucks on the way. "Chill, it'll be fine. We still have a good 15 minutes!" Kevin said in the drivers seat. "Isn't this amazing? Seriously...I would never even dream of going to a party for us the night of our junior album coming out!" Joe said trying to ignore his brothers bickering. "Yeah I know, it's like..." Before Nick could finish his sentence they were pulling up outside of the club their release party was being held, and all three of them were in complete awe. Kevin parked the car, and they all slowly got out, taking it all in. Cars seemed to be parked for miles. Music booming, lights flashing, and fans screaming. This was finally it. The moment they've been waiting for since the first day they started recording their album. As they made their way inside, possing for the occasional pictures, they noticed their mom and dad. They hurried over and gave them a hug before getting their party on.*Later that night*The party was still going full force. As Nick ran to the bar to get a diet coke and sat down for minute or so, he glanced over the room. He couldn't believe all the trouble people went through to put this party on. Just about a minute later "Burnin' Up" started blaring out of the speakers as Joe and Kevin ran over and pulled Nick off the stool to dance. Everybody was singing the lyrics as the music came to a complete hualt. Everyone slowing stopped dancing and started booing. Nick, Kevin, and Joe looked over to see what happen, they saw a girl about Nick or Joe's age laying on the floor quickly standing up out of embarrassment. Nick ran over to help her up. "Thanks. I'm so sorry, I can be such a klutz. I must of triped over one of the cords to the speakers." The girl said, her cheeks red from embarrassment. The DJ ran over and hooked the cord back up and "Burnin' Up" was back on in no time. "It's no problem, don't sweat it", Nick said, "But are you okay? "Oh, yeah just a little embarrassed." The girl said, a little shocked that he cared if she was okay. "Well that's good," Nick said relieved. He quickly leaned in and whispered, "You might not believe me but I did something similar at out first release party, but I actually knocked down the speakers." The girl started to giggle. Nick smiled to himself. He couldn't stop thinking how pretty she was. The girl blush self-consiously realizing how deeply he was staring at her. Nick quickly snapped out of it, "Uh, sorry I didn't catch your name?" "Oh uh, I'm Cara." The girl said reaching out her hand to meet his. "Hey, I'm Nick." Nick said shaking her hand, with the biggest smile on his face. "But, I'm guessing you probably know this." He finished, feeling a little foolish. Of couse she knew who he was it was his party! "Yeah..." Cara said still feeling a little star-struck. This had to be one of the greatest moment of her life. She was usually really shy, like Nick, but she was trying so hard to think of something to say to make this moment last forever! "Well, maybe I'll catch up with you later?" Nick said, wanting nothing more then to see her again. "Yeah, sounds good!" She heard herself say, it was a bit more enthusiastic than she was hoping. But she couldn't keep her excitement in. With that they both went there own ways, hoping to meet again later that night.

(Laura and Nick ate their food and talked for about an hour about the concert. Laura started feeling less nervous knowing that Nick would be by her side the whole time. Then they went out on to the balcony and stood their admiring the view. Nick had his arms around her and everything felt perfect.)Laura: (looking up at him) I still can't believe that we are together.Nick: why can't you? (smile)Laura: because, a week ago you were just one of my celebrity crushes and now you're my boyfriend. (sigh) my life has never been so perfect (smile)Nick: (whispering) neither has mine (then he leaned in and kissed her softly on the lips)--*with Joe and Nicole*(Joe had driven Nicole back to Laura's house and while Kevin and Tiffany were downstairs watching a scary movie they were watching T.V. upstairs in the guest room that Nicole sometimes stayed in when her parent's were away.)(They were both sitting by the headboard and Joe had his arm around her while they watched)Nicole: so you never told me what Nick's big surprise for Laura was...Joe: well he probably told her by now... since everybody loved her singing so much at the concert on the night we met our Dad put it on the program for tomorrow's concert that she would be singing with usNicole: (excited) really? That's so cool! I absolutely love your Dad!Joe: not more than you love me right? (smile)Nicole: ofcourse not (wink)Joe: so you're saying ... you love me?Nicole: (eyes widening) uh, well... that's um... I-Joe: It's ok (smile) I love you too(Nicole smiled and kissed Joe then she rested her head on his shoulder)--*with Nick and Laura*(Laura and Nick had left the restaurant and were walking back to her house in the moonlight holding hands. It was so romantic and peaceful until they heard the sound of metal rock music booming. They rounded a corner to see the house of one of Laura's close friends from school having a wild party. There were kids outside and inside the house and in the street and in the garage. Pretty much chaos. The guy throwing the party, Trey, saw Laura and walked up to her and gave her a hug.)Laura: Trey! What is going on here, when did you get back from Aruba? Do your parent's know about this?Trey: Haha no. They're still in Aruba. They let me come home early because it was so unbelievably boring there. I was calling you earlier to come and help set up, why didn't you answer?Laura: Oh I was out and I left my phone at home. I'm so glad you're back (she hugged him again. Then she realized that Nick was just standing there.)Laura: Oh um Nick this is Trey, he's like my best guy friend, and Trey this is Nick, he's my um ... Boyfriend. (Nick was confused, why did she hesitate before she said boyfriend?)Trey: Boyfriend? Wow I guess a lot happened while I was gone...Laura: Um yea but I'll explain later. (smile) Trey: so where are Nicole and Tiff? I can't wait to see them.Laura: Oh Tiff's at my house, and I think Nicole is out... Trey: well call them and tell them to come over, a party is never a party without my three favorite girls.Laura: haha it's nice to know you care (smile) but I think we're all busy tonight, we'll hang out tomorrow, I promiseTrey: alright, I miss hanging out with you guysLaura: yea 3 weeks in Aruba is way too long to be away from your best friends. Well we're gonna get going, I'll call you tonight (she gave him another hug and a kiss on the cheek and started walking away with Nick)(They were quiet for about 10 minutes and Laura couldn't stop smiling, finally Nick spoke up.)Nick: well for a best friend you sure don't mention him that often. (he seemed jealous)Laura: he had been in aruba for so long, you should have heard me when he first left. I couldn't stop talking about him. He's such a great friend. Wait till Tiff and Nicole hear that he's back! This summer is going to rock.Nick: well I didn't want to interrupt when you were talking to him but I heard you say that you would hang out tomorrow which will be pretty hard to do considering you're singing at our concert.Laura: oh wow I totally forgot. Oh well Trey won't mind coming along, he'd love that, he likes your music.(Nick was sort of disappointed that Trey would be coming because he knew that it meant that he would have to share Laura. But hey he was his girlfriend's best guy friend, he had to make an effort to get to know him.)----- dayumm=) kay i'll post the next chapt asap cus i already typed it up. =) ps. happy belated birthday to mallory(my biffle)
