Composed by Tetsukazu Nakanishi (pictured in vid). I'm sure those of y'all that played AC6 knows when this song comes in. Nakanishi's composed most of the songs in the Ace Combat series since '99 and did about 60% in AC6. He's probably one of my favorite composers on the synth (i.e. Ace Combat 3)...
