Am I Dreaming? JB Fan Fiction Ch. 7Hi everyone! Thanks for subscribing I have 39 subscribers now that's awesome keep it up! And the title that got the most votes is "Am I Dreaming" thanks to everyone who voted!(Taylor felt a shock of nervousness come over her. She hugged her mom and said her goodbyes and ran out of her apartment complex, as she got closer and closer to seeing the boys she kept saying to herself Taylor just act cool, and stay calm don't do anything stupid like fall or anything. Taylor turned the corner and saw Kevin, Joe , And Nick Jonas standing outside of a black Escalade, all she had to do is look at the Jonas's and a wave of calmness came over her.) Joe: Hey Taylor, its nice to see you again! Kevin: Hey nice to see you!Taylor: Nice to see you guys too.Nick: How are you? Taylor: I'm great! How are you guys? Joe: We are doing awesome! Are you ready? Taylor: Yeah, lets go! (Taylor got in the car first and sat next to Joe and Nick, Kevin sat in front of them) Nick: (Noticing Taylors shirt) You like Elvis Costello? Taylor: Yeah, I love his music! Why? Joe: We are like his number 1 fans!Nick: Yeah we get a lot of inspiration from him. What your favorite song? Taylor: Hmm, that's a hard one I like everything he sings but probably Pump It Up.Nick: Really!? Me too! ( Taylor couldn't believe it, she had so much in common with them its like she has known them her whole life. Just then the car stops.) Big Rob: Ok were here. Taylor: (looks out the window and sees no other cars just a building and a back door.) We are? Kevin: Oh don't worry we have to go in the back door pretty much wherever we go, so we don't cause a scene. Taylor: (laughing) Oh. ( The boys helped Taylor out of the car and walked into the recording studio where they were greeted by Mr. Jonas.) Joe: Hey dad. Mr. Jonas: Hi! (looking at Taylor and shaking her hand) this must be Taylor its so nice to finally meet you! Taylor: (smiling) Hi! Its nice to meet you too. ( Taylor was amazed Mr. Jonas could be one of the nicest adults she has ever met, in fact the whole Jonas family was like that although she hadn't met Mrs. Jonas and Frankie yet she new they would be the same way they had such warm, trusting, and inviting personalities. As she looked around she noticed Mr. Jonas joking around with Joe and asking Nick if he had remembered to check his blood sugar before he came and asked Kevin how he was doing. She thought WOW dads actually act like this, in real life, its not just in the movies Mr. Jonas was totally different from Taylors dad.) Mr. Jonas: So Taylor I herd you have an amazing voice. Taylor: Um....sure, ah I mean yeah...I guess so. Mr. Jonas: Ok well do you want to sing us something? Taylor: (pause) Um.. sure what do you me to sing?Nick: Sing "beautiful" again. Taylor: Ok. (Just Mr. Jonas, Kevin, Joe, and, Nick were in the room with her so she felt commutable enough to sing.)Mr. Jonas: Whenever your ready. Mr. Jonas: So now this is what were going to do. I'm going to go into the conference room with some people from the label and you can get some water or whatever you need and come in and sing for us. I just think they are going to really like you! Boys you wait out here with Taylor and bring her in, in a couple of minutes. Nick: Ok. ( As the minutes went by Taylor was getting more and more nervous but she didn't want the boys know she was nervous, she had some water and it was time for Taylor to go and sing for the people from the record label.) Restless nights filled with dreams of a man that used to mean so much to him. A man that he will never get to see again.Yet again, he wakes up from another Zack-infested dream. He sits up and watches the night pass him by, the pain only increasing with eaach passing second.The next day, Cloud visits the canyon where his friend had died. The canyon where Zack had stood proudly. The canyon where Cloud had sat there and did nothing. Helpless. Afraid. Alone. He looks to the heavens for comfort, but he know he can't deny it any longer.He had let Zack die.Cloud runs, runs away from everything he's ever known. He ends up at the Forgotten City, a place laden with enough memories to last a lifetime. Even though he could run, he couldn't hide from his past. He thinks back to when he was able to laugh freely, without a care in the world.Thinks back to when he was genuinely happy.Some unknown force brought him back home. That force told him that it was childish to run. It would solve nothing. Then Cloud realizes something. Something he wanted, so badly. He wanted forgiveness.And he finds out this unknown force is Aerith, in a form of healing water. She gives him the strength to continue onward, even though his world had been thrust into darkness. The burden Cloud had been carrying for years was too great. He shouldn't have to carry it, not anymore. Zack, subconsiously, tells him that in order to be free, in order to be happy, he must first accept himself for who he is. To have more faith. "You're gonna...live."The road to recovery is long, but Cloud now knows that Zack is not far from his heart. He lives on in Cloud's memories.He's able to accept himself.After all, he's Zack's living legacy. Proof that he had lived.All the pain, all the misery, and all the sadness is washed away. Zack had always given Cloud forgiveness. Cloud forgave himself.
