http://www.myspace.com/msdavismusic Kim Davis The music speaks for itself, as the voice of Kim Davis captivates with its raw, uninhibited strength. With her unique talent and signature vocal abilities, it is no wonder why Kim is the most anticipated and celebrated artist coming out of Toronto, Canada. She is a force to be reckoned with, being a multi-faceted artist vocally, lyrically and musically. With the ability to tell a story through music and captivate listeners with candid lyrics, Kim Davis has never been one to shy away from facing the challenges of life head on. With a desire to share her story, Kim has held nothing back on her debut album "Live, Love, Learn." The journey of struggle, perseverance and acceptance through self-love is expressed with vulnerability and passion throughout the debut. Her songs represent a new kind of woman, one who can live through adversity, overcome struggle, accept her weaknesses all while loving herself in the process. Though life has not always been easy for the 24-year-old songstress, it is her dedication that illustrates the passion and love that she has for music. Whether it's her soul riveting ballads or the hard-hitting street anthems, Kim Davis truly takes her listeners on a journey from her own personal experiences of living, loving and learning.Kim Davis emerged onto the Canadian music scene as a writer sharing her talent with other artists in the city. She then moved on to performing as a back up singer for some of Toronto's top artist such as Ray Robinson, Esthero and Keshia Chante. In late 2005, Kim was introduced to Dre Knight, a producer from The Narcotics("Make Her Feel Good" rmx.Teairra Mari, Kanye West, "What ya Want" LL Cool J, Freeway) - a production team based in New York. After recording three songs with Dre Knight, the producer was adamant of who his breakout artist would be. "Kim Davis represents everything that is good about working in this profession. She is a tireless worker and dedicated to her craft and to the art of recording". -Dre Knight Kim signed a deal with Incline Records / KDI Music Group which houses the production team "The Narcotics" in the summer of 2006.Now, it is time for that star to be introduced to the world. Part 2This is a very interesting and historically significant piece, as Xenakis used the IBM 7090 computer to stochastically map up to 38 simultaneous, set actions (such as various matrices of glissandi, pizzicati, strokes) onto 10 performs, and was a turning point in his compositional career. The form of composition is explained in his treatise "Formalized Music", which is part six of the Harmonologia series of books on modern art, and I suggest ANYONE interested in music, whether old or new, read it.Performed by the Ensemble Intercontemporain de Paris.

In general, Keenan becomes more sensitive to his surroundings. He's beginning to take a real interest in music, whether it's Mama singing to him or the musical toy playing. For Mama, it's a gratifying experience, especially coming as it does after weeks of nappy changing, feeding, bathing, kissing and cuddling with little response.
