Kevin walked in and stood against Nick's desk. His eyes seemed to light up as I anxiously awaited his explanation to how he knew Nolie. Kevin: I met her at the guitar shop about a year or two ago. I kept running into her at places because i think she has multiple jobs. Which is normal i guess for a college girl on her own. So i started going to the guitar shop every day that i could just to see her. Finally i asked her to hang out with me and she accepted. We've been practically best friends ever since. She's the only one that has understood our crazy schedule without giving up on me. She mentioned that you were coming but i didnt know you were you. haha*Kylie laughed at how small the world could get. Her cousin is best friends with a Jonas, which she always talked about on phone calls, but never did Kylie think he was anything but just a guy. Now she knows why Nolie was so hyped up about knowing them. They were rockstars.*Kylie: Haha well yes i am me! and its so awesome that you know Nolie! She's mentioned you guys but obviously i didnt think too much of it..*Nick shot me a *oh your going to get it stare* i laughed.Kylie: What?? Again i didnt have time for pop culture otherwise i'd probably be in love with you guys..*oh god kylie did you really just say that?*I looked up at nick who gave me the cutest smile as he raised his eye brow.Nick: In love huh?Kylie: *running her fingers through her hair* haha oh shut up i meant i would like your music..Nick: Suuuureeee you did *smiles*Kylie's POVMan what an awesome smile he had...no wonder these guys were all teenage heart throbs. After awhile of unpacking Mrs. Jonas called us down for dinner. I called Nolie and she told me she'd get me at the Jonas's after her classes if that was okay. It was fine, she and I got a good laugh at how coincidental the situation was. I felt a little imposing as i sat down at the dinner table. It seemed pretty obvious as i looked down and ran my fingers through my hair. They all looked at me reassuringly and told me to relax. Mrs. Jonas got food for me and oh was it delicious. I ate slow and made sure to stay polite, savoring every single bite. Nick, who was sitting next to me, turned his head and asked, "So, hows the food?", i smiled as the rest of the family awaited my response,"Its incredible, i cant even remember the last time i had a real home cooked meal. At least one where i wasnt cooking. Thank you so much for having me", I said shyly as i looked each one of them in the eye. "Well i guess you're just going to have to come here more often then Kylie, you're always welcome here" Mr. Jonas said warmly while everyone nodded in agreement. Nick especially. I laughed and relaxed. After dinner i insisted on helping clean up, but none of them let me lift a finger. I ended up helping Nick and Mrs. Jonas with the dishes anyway because i couldnt just sit there. Me and Mrs. Jonas had some conversation about books and other topics in general. Nick constantly looked over and smiled at me, happy at how in love his mom was with his new friend. After everything was finished Joe said he was going out with a friend, Demi i think was her name. He offered to give us a ride anywhere and gave me a hug goodbye. We exchanged numbers and he was off. Joe was crazy, he made me laugh until my abs hurt and he promised to take me out to ice cream one day to make them "feel better". Nick and I sat out on the porch feeling the wind softly brush our faces. I closed my eyes and took it all in as we watched the sun set. He had let me borrow a sweater because it started getting cold at night. The next day was going to be a tough day. Looking for a job is my first priority. No way am i going to let Nolie take full responsibility for me. Maybe in LA i can get my music somewhere. Maybe my dreams can come true if i work at it. All i know is i've already met the most wonderful people my first day in California. Nolie came to pick me up, but i let her hang around talking to Kevin and Mrs. Jonas for awhile. They seemed hit if off pretty well, but wont admit it. I smiled to myself. I can be anything i want to be now that im here. Thinking so much started making me tired, next thing i knew i felt a pair of strong arms taking me somewhere and brushing my hair to the side. Then i felt a kiss on my forehead and someone whispering, "Sweet dreams kyle." It was Nick. I slept with a smile plastered on my face.
