To the best of my knowledge, this is the only known footage of Jimmie Rodgers performing. In this short from 1930, The Father of Country Music sings "Waiting for a Train", "Daddy and Home" and "Blue Yodel (T for Texas)".I realize the individual songs have already been posted on YouTube, but this is the entire clip, viewable in high quality. I've also tinkered with the sound a little bit, removing some pops and clicks, as well as some hiss removal. The hiss removal left a barely detectable warbling effect (it's not really noticeable at all while Jimmie is singing); personally, I do believe it's a slight improvement over the source material, but if I get a lot of complaints, I'll replace this clip with one that contains unadulterated audio... warts and all.
