King Kong Jane is currently preparing for the finals of Power Jam 2008 - a nation wide rock band competition organised by radio station Power 98. The band is also busy recording its debut album at Snakeweed Studios with producer Leonard Soosay. This performance was recorded at the Singapore Arts Festival 2008, as part of the line-up for Arts On The Move at Raffles City Singapore on 8 June. 28 July, Power Jam 2008 Semi Finals as held at Timbre Singapore. 18 bands had to perform one original composition and one cover each. King Kong Jane chose to cover Franz Ferdinand, and performed their original "If It Wasn't For You" to make it as one of the 5 finalists. Congrats King Kong Jane!
