Valley of Gwangi (1969) fantasy adventure film directed by James O'Connolly. Also known as 'Gwangi', 'The Lost Valley', 'The Valley Time Forgot' and 'The Valley Where Time Stood Still'. Members of a touring circus, cowboys and a scientist encounter a 'forbidden' Mexican valley full of prehistoric animals, and capture its massive allosaurus leader. Guess what? It escapes to terrorise the cast. James Franciscus (Beneath the Planet of the Apes) Richard Carlson (It Came From Outer Space)Gila GolanRichard CarlsonLaurence NaismithFreda JacksonGustavo RojoThe stop-motion magic of legendary special effects creator Ray Harryhausen is the highlight of this sporadically exciting fantasy-adventure. The cowboy-roping scene of Gwangi is wonderful, merging live actors with the animated allosaurus using Harryhausen's special technique where he animated a miniature model mounted on a film board, with the live-action film running in the background. This gave the scene a three-dimensional quality.Music is by Jerome Moross - best known for his film score for the 1958 movie 'The Big Country', for which he was nominated for an Academy Award for Original Music Score.Gwangi is actually a Native American name that means "lizard".

This video shows a psp slim running Rocky Balboa, via a FS monitor for video output. Not many boxing games for psp at the moment, so this release was welcome.Rocky fans will enjoy it more than the purist boxing fans of course, the movie clips and recognising your opponents makes Rocky Balboa a must.Add that classic music score from Rocky and it will have you grabbing for your tracksuit and skipping rope! The game starts off easy enough with the easy meat opponents, then you can progress to reach the likes of clubber lang and apollo creed, things get tougher.Controls can be a bit hit and miss, they can seem rather vague at times and leave you wondering if its you or the controls at fault.Graphics are fairly good, though not fantastic. The opponents do share a resemblance to there movie counterparts though.Sound is pretty much what you'd expect, the movie theme and lots of glove smashing, jaw crunching thwacks ect. It's a decent attempt at a movie game but maybe not a boxing purist's cup of tea.6.5\10 rated
