It has been over a year since I have been discussing making a salsamentary, which is basically a documentary about the San Diego salsa scene. After recording people in the scene after a year I have decided to finally stop procrastinate and edit the video into a mini series. The salsamentary will include salsa teams, clubs, the regulars, politics, and everything in between. The people I used in the video are myself Erika Briones and dancing the ladies routine with me is Nicole Garcia, a great dancer. The people I interviewed are Patrick Amihood, Chi Szeto, clubdancelessons instructor,and David Stein. There are more interviews on the way. The instructors in the videos David Stein including his new instructor, Genny Pinzon. The ladies routine is cheoreographed by Jennifer Stein. Overall, I am really excited for this new project and to promote the San Diego salsa scene in a better and more positive direction. So please rate and subscribe to my videos. :)
