So, I've wanted to see Stone Temple Pilots in concert since probably 1996 and have never had the chance until this last summer. They've been apart doing other projects, etc, for about five years and this summer was a reunion tour of sorts. June 28th 2008 they came to The Woodlands. The concert was just a couple miles down the road from our house.We had great fun, and they sounded great. The video below doesn’t do the sound justice. My only complaint would have been the two fairly obnoxious fellows in front of us . . . you can hear them a couple times on the video. Below is an assortment of clips from four songs at the concert.
