迷惑 サンバ騒音 芸大音楽部正門前（東京藝術大学）撮影: 9月1日19:00頃、18:00頃からこの騒音が垂れ流しになっている。近所に住むものだが、防音工事等という理由のもとに何年も工事が繰り返されている。このサンバ騒音・工事以外の騒音は激減している。何度か苦情を入れたがサンバ騒音は改善されない。5日から芸祭ではあるが... 一般の人が歩く公道の前でこの大音量の騒音垂れ流しは "いかがなものかと" 感じている。サンバパーティーの部室は一般公道に面したところにあり、夏場は窓を開けっ放しで練習の騒音を垂れ流しにしている。防音完備の部屋への移動も希望する。芸大にはいくらでも防音完備の部屋があるのだから。ご近所なのでお祭りはお互い様なので寛容な気持ちで見守りガマンもするが1週間以上もこの未完成な練習騒音を聞かされるのはたまらない。東京藝術大学キャンパスライフ・クラブサークルのページサンバパーティーhttp://www.geidai.ac.jp/life/club.html東京藝術大学音楽学部長 植田克己http://www.geidai.ac.jp/music/greeting.html東京藝術大学学長挨拶 宮田亮平http://www.geidai.ac.jp/guide/greeting.html
