*Disclaimer*This is just an amateur workout I came up with hoping I could get fit just through parkour conditioning exercises. So please don't expect anything amazing in this video... at least not yet!I am currently 5'7" & about 160 lbs. My goal is to hit 145 lbs and have the ability to dunk on a standard height basketball rim (I am 4 inches from being able to touch rim)My hope for these videos is that more experienced traceurs/freerunners could give me tips and/or advice on training, diet, conditioning, technique or form.Music: Carpenters - We've Only Just Begun(Everyone always uses high intensity rock songs for their parkour videos. I thought I'd change it up a bit haha)
