Box squats (10.5 inch box, .75 lower than last week)265 10 sets of 2I was bold and added 5kgs/11lbs and lowered the box. 10.5 inches is a long way down. Again they are rapid fire with rest only long enough to review the prior set. I was unhappy with the 6th, 9th, and 10th sets due to excessive lean.
